Chuck joined the Bank in November 2006 and is responsible for new business development in lower Fairfield County. With more than 25 years of industry experience, he most recently held a similar position at NewMil Bank in Norwalk. A graduate of George Washington University with a B.A in Economics and History, Chuck is a member of the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce. His community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Monroe Historic Development Commission and coaching Little League in Monroe.
