Richard joined the Bank in September 2005, and leads the market initiatives for the Norwalk/Darien area. He was most recently a Senior Vice President at Bank of America and has held executive positions at Citigroup/Citibank and Bank of New York, where he completed the bank's credit training program. He is a four-time recipient of the CitiStar Award given to the top one-half percent of Citibank sales officers and a recipient of the Bank of America Excellence Award presented to the top one-half percent of Sales performers nationally in 2004. Richard received a B.A. in Political Science from Fairfield University and holds NASD Series 7 and 63 registrations as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses.
