Call Center Representative

Job Description
Provides telephone support for customer service requests, and cross-sells products and services through telephone contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Builds strong customer relationships, applies advanced customer service skills, and effectively cross-sells the Bank’s portfolio of products
  • Assists customers with problem resolution
  • Maintains extensive knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in telemarketing, sales and/or banking
  • Excellent telephone skills and computer proficiency essential
