Weston Westport Insurance Agency, Inc. and
Carnall Insurance, Inc. To Unite

December 28, 2006 — Doug Keays, President of Weston Westport Insurance Agency, Inc., and Robert Spadaccia, President of Carnall Insurance, Inc., a division of Fairfield County Bank, are pleased to announce the companies’ agreement to join forces and operate as one independent insurance agency. Weston Westport Insurance will continue to operate under the name of Weston Westport Insurance Agency, a division of Carnall Insurance, Inc.  The decision to combine the companies was based on a significant alignment of their management and operating philosophies, as well as the market they serve. Both the Weston Westport Insurance Agency, Inc. and Carnall Insurance, Inc. have been highly successful because of their commitment to superior service and the delivery of customized products, which recognize the varied and unique needs of their respective clients.

 Weston Westport Agencies was originally established in 1899 as a real estate and insurance agency. In 1983 the insurance business was incorporated under the name Weston Westport Insurance Agency and has maintained a presence in the Weston Shopping Center since 1950.   

Carnall Insurance, Inc. was founded in 1922 in Ridgefield and has operated continuously since that date serving clients throughout Fairfield County. The agency became a subsidiary of Fairfield County Bank in 1999 and continues to operate as an independent agency.

Carnall Insurance, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fairfield County Bank which includes the Ridgefield Bank division. A full-service insurance agency, Carnall operates offices in Ridgefield and Norwalk serving clients throughout Fairfield County. It also operates the Daniel V. Flynn & Son agency in Mount Kisco, New York serving Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties.  Carnall offers a complete range of insurance products including personal, business, life and health.
