Fairfield County Bank Corp. Elects New Corporators
August 9, 2006 - Paul S. McNamara, Chairman of the Board of
Fairfield County Bank Corp. announced that the following individuals
have been named Corporators of the Bank:

Larry Bossidy Jr. of
Ridgefield is Senior Vice President and General Manager of GE
Corporate Financial Services – Trade Services. Mr. Bossidy joined
GE in 1981 after graduating from Fairfield University and playing a
year of professional baseball for the Houston Astro Organization.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Sunrise Cottage in
Ridgefield and serves on the fundraising board of the Boys & Girls
Club of Ridgefield. |

Stephen B.
Epifano is the President of SBE Builders,
Inc. in Southport. He is a past president of the Associated General
Contractors Association of Bridgeport. Mr. Epifano attended Babson
College and lives in Fairfield with his wife and has four children.

Peter G.
Helie is the Chairman and CEO of
Prudential Connecticut Realty with 65 offices in Connecticut and
Rhode Island. He is a member of the following Boards of Directors:
NAR (National Association of Realtors), The Realty Alliance and the
Stamford Boys & Girls Club. In addition, Mr. Helie is a founder of
the VISION Group, a member of the Apex Group of Prudential Real
Estate affiliates and is a member of the CEO Dialogue Group of The
Business Council of Fairfield County. Mr. Helie graduated from
Springfield College with a B.S. and resides in Southport with his
wife and two children. |

David P.
Lyons III is President of Lyons & Lyons,
PC, a CPA firm with offices in Ridgefield and Fairfield. The firm
provides accounting and auditing, tax preparation and consultation
business advisory services and personal financial planning. In
addition to his responsibilities as president, Mr. Lyons spends much
of his time advising closely held business owners in a wide range of
tax and financial areas as well as providing income and estate tax
planning to individuals. He is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, Connecticut Society of Certified
Public Accountants and Institute of Certified Financial Planners.
Mr. Lyons currently serves on the Board of Directors of the
Ridgefield Boys & Girls Club and Board of Directors of the
Ridgefield Community Foundation where he is also the Treasurer. His
previous community involvement includes serving on the Boards of
Directors of the Keeler Tavern Endowment Fund, Ridgefield Chamber of
Commerce, Ridgefield Basketball Association (Treasurer), and
Ridgefield High School Athletic Advisory Council (Treasurer). A
graduate of Boston College with a B.S. in Accounting, Mr. Lyons
earned an MBA and Masters in Taxation from Iona College. He resides
in Ridgefield with his wife Kathleen and their two children David
and Megan. |

Scott
Mahoney is President and CEO of Peter
Millar. He was previously Vice President of Polo Golf at Ralph
Lauren. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Mr. Mahoney lives
in Wilton with his wife and four children. |

Lisa
Mathis of Redding is a seasoned business
executive with over 20 years of corporate experience. She is
currently an Executive Coach for IBM, Bristol Myers Squibb, HBO,
Pfizer, Chatsworth Consulting Group, The Leader’s Edge, Bayer
HealthCare, The Ayers Group and Con Edison. Specializing in
executive communications, leadership development, organizational
development, and sales, Ms. Mathis helps her clients focus on
specific targets and action plans to achieve measurable and
sustainable results. Ms. Mathis has held key leadership positions in
several Fortune 500 companies including Merrill Lynch, where she
served as the Director of Organizational and Leadership Development.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a B.A. in Management,
Ms. Mathis is certified in several behavioral assessments and
development tools and a variety of 360°
feedback instruments. Her affiliations include the International
Coaching Federation, Fresh-Air Fund (host parent), Wooster School in
Danbury (Board of Directors) and National Charity League (previous
member). |

Michelle
Oliver is co-owner of Oliver Barrett Fine
Stationers in Ridgefield. Oliver Barrett, which was established by
Ms. Oliver and co-owner Lisa Barrett in 1999, specializes in
invitations, business stationery, event planning and gifts. Ms.
Oliver’s community involvement includes the Have a Heart Committee
in Ridgefield which provides funding for Kids in Crisis and
Ridgefield’s Teen Talk program, and she serves as a Board Member of
the Ridgefield Community Kindergarten and Visiting Nurse Association
of Ridgefield Services Committee. Ms. Oliver has been involved in
various community fundraising activities including VNA of
Ridgefield, Ridgefield Community Center, Ridgefield Playhouse,
Ridgefield Kitchen Tour and Norwalk Community College and has been
recognized by Kids in Crisis with a special award for her
fundraising efforts. She attended Manhattanville College and lives
in Ridgefield with her husband and three children.

O’Neill Jr. is the President and Owner of
White Bridge Marine, Inc. and All Seasons Marine Works in Rowayton.
All Seasons Marine Works has been a Top-10 dealer in sales for
Hydra-Sports boats worldwide for the last 6 years and a Top-5 dealer
in CSI (Customer Service Index) for Hydra-Sports for the last 3
years. Mr. O’Neill is a member of the Connecticut Marine Trades
Association (CMTA), National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB),
and Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce. His community involvement
has included serving as State Commissioner and Chairman of the Five
Mile River Commission. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island
with B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance, Mr. O’Neill resides in
Rowayton with his wife and daughter. |

Todd Rabin
has been the owner/operator of Ridgefield Hardware on Main Street in
Ridgefield since 1986. He is a member of Downtown Ridgefield, Inc.,
the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce and the Ace Hardware Dealer Group
of Connecticut. Mr. Rabin was awarded the Young Retailer of the
Year by the National Hardware Association in 2001. A graduate of
Quinnipiac College with a B.S. in Accounting, Mr. Rabin resides in
Norwalk with his wife and two children. |

Raymond
Rizio is an attorney and Managing Partner
with Quatrella & Rizio, LLC in Fairfield and has been practicing law
for 22 years. He earned his law degree
from the University of Bridgeport Law School and his bachelor's
degree from Franklin & Marshall College. Mr. Rizio serves on
the Board of Directors of the Cardinal Sheehan Center in Bridgeport
and is a member of the Trumbull Democratic Town Committee. He has
previously served on the Fairfield Zoning Board of Appeals,
Fairfield Conservation Committee and Trumbull Economic Development
Commission. Mr. Rizio resides in Trumbull with his wife and has
three children. |
