Bliss to Proclaim June 5th as Fairfield County Bank Day in Weston

Fairfield County Bank will officially celebrate the opening of its
new branch at Peter’s Weston Market on Tuesday, June 5th.
As part of this event, First Selectman Woody Bliss will proclaim
June 5th as “Fairfield County Bank Day” in Weston.
The Bank’s new
branch, located at 190 Weston Road inside Peter’s Weston Market, is
a full-service office offering a complete menu of consumer and
business products and services, including an in-store ATM. The
branch is managed by Jeanne Purdy, who prior to joining Fairfield
County Bank in 2006, was a Senior Sales Associate at the Weston
office of Hudson United Bank. Jo-Lynn Fredericks, the Service
Operations Manager of Fairfield County Bank’s Weston branch also
worked with Ms. Purdy at the Weston office of Hudson United.
Fairfield County
Bank’s Weston office is currently running a promotion whereby
customers can earn “Bank Bucks” for opening certain accounts that
can be used at any of the stores in the Weston Shopping Center,
Cobb’s Mill Inn and Weston Gardens. Details are available in the
Weston branch, which is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to
6:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am

Fairfield County
Bank, with $1.4 billion in assets, currently operates 20 branches
throughout Fairfield County and plans to open four more offices in
the county in the next few months.
