Business Financing Specialists

Eric joined the Bank in April of 2021, bringing with him over thirty years of banking experience, twenty-five of which were spent as a commercial lender. He has a wealth of knowledge spanning loan origination, underwriting procedures, and previously served as a Senior Environmental Review Officer. Mr. Erdtmann is responsible for generating new business relationships and working directly with clients to help meet their banking needs.

What to Expect
Eric believes in meeting each client with efficient and transparent communication. As a community banker and relationship builder, Eric works closely with his clients and is often considered one of their top trusted advisors, not only for their banking needs. He builds trusted relationships with clients in and outside of banking, enabling them to be successful.

Community Involvement
Mr. Erdtmann prides himself on his commitment to the community. Eric currently serves on both the Roxbury Recreation Committee and the Western Connecticut Economic Development District Committee. He spent ten years volunteering wih the Boy Scouts of America and previously served as the president of the Danbury Lions Club.

Outside of Work
Away from the office, Eric likes to spend his weekends fine-tuning his golf game. Mr. Erdtmann enjoys time spent outside with his wife and two children, especially during their yearly trips to Maine's Acadia National Park, though he would be the first to mention the fantastic hiking in Connecticut!
