Fairfield County Bank Retail Banking Organization Announcement

 

Ridgefield, CT—September 18, 2025: Fairfield County Bank is pleased to announce the following changes in Retail Banking.

Melissa Goez-Jaramillo has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the Stamford branch office. Melissa has been a valued member of the Fairfield County Bank family for nearly a decade, having spent time in several of the Bank’s 17 branches. Her prior experience and extensive knowledge of the Bank’s client base will provide strong leadership for her team. Ms. Goez will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, continuing to deliver superb customer service and developing new business relationships. She is also bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English. Melissa is deeply passionate about animal welfare and volunteers her time regularly with Animal Nation in Salem, NY.

Theresa Marsan has been promoted to Vice President, Branch Manager of the Bank’s Bridgeport branch office. Starting with the Bank in 1999, Mrs. Marsan has held various leadership roles throughout the organization during her tenure, demonstrating her commitment to community banking, underscored by her delivery of exemplary client service and her dedication to volunteerism. Theresa is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management and the Norwalk Leadership Institute. She currently resides in Norwalk and enjoys spending her free time with her three grandchildren.
